1. The reason for the ribbon?
The ribbon is the printing process of the printer. The ribbon from the ribbon outlet of the ribbon rack fails to fully enter the ribbon rack in time, resulting in the ribbon core exposed to the outside not being straight and producing the ribbon. The reasons are: a, the belt buckle is not installed in place; B, the film on the belt buckle is deformed; C, the printer gear did not select the gear according to the requirements of the printer panel, that is, generally one piece of paper selects one gear, two pieces of paper selects two gears, and so on, but Epson brand stylus printer is not, need to adjust one gear, that is, one piece of paper selects two gears; D, the printing needles in the print head are out of synchronization, some needles are long, some needles are short, some needles are not all into the print head during needle collection, resulting in the printing process of nail printing needles hooking the belt core and producing streamers.
2. The reason for the cassette?
The cassette is the printing process. The tape core is stuck and cannot be moved. The printer is dedicated to one position for a long time. The reason why the belt core is stuck is: a, the belt core is caught in the gear; B, the belt core was pressed to death by the surface cover needle; C the belt core was pinched when installing the guide buckle.
3. Why is the printed word incomplete and defective?
The cause is the broken needle of the print head (this problem occurs and can only be solved by replacing the print head).
4. The reason for word dislocation?
Word misalignment means that the printed word is not in the required position. The reason is: the margin setting in the computer system is wrong, and the margin in the computer system needs to be readjusted. That is, the printer driver is reset or the margin is readjusted to the system used by the customer.
5. The reason for the short life?
The causes are as follows: a. when changing the belt core, the twist connection is installed incorrectly, and the twist connection is installed into a flat connection, or the belt rack should have been twisted, and the flat connection belt core is cut and replaced. There are two printing tracks of the twisted tape and one printing track of the flat tape, that is to say, the service life of the twisted tape is twice that of the flat tape; B, with core tape, causing the print head to only hit the same position; C, the gear is not adjusted as required or the printing pin in the print head is worn out due to long-term use, resulting in light and unclear printing color. At this time, it can be lowered by one gear on the basis of the original requirements.
6. Why does the ribbon rack not match the newly produced printer of the same model?
The reason is that the original printer factory has upgraded the old model, which means that the same type of printer will use two different types of ribbon racks.
