FAQ

Cause analysis and elimination methods

Seal pulled off

lCartridge assembly is poor, seal is stuck.

Powder leakage

lPowder leakage before use: poor sealing of seals or plastic parts.

lPowder leakage during use: magnetic roller sealing felt defect, sealing sponge defect or aging, cleaning scraper/Aging of the powder knife, deformation of the sealing blade and loosening of the paste, deformation of the cleaning blade and loosening of the paste, excessive waste powder, etc.

Not printed (all white or light and fuzzy)

lThe drum core is poorly grounded or the magnetic roller is not conductive, and the conductive sheet in the toner cartridge or on the toner cartridge is not in contact with the electrical contact point connected to the machine.

lThe seal was not pulled.

lThe powder box is not shaken before pulling the seal, and the powder is not smooth.

lThe laser does not shine on the drum core, the light-proof plate of the powder box is not opened, and the protective cover of the photosensitive drum is not opened.

Printout all black

lMissing charging roller or poor assembly.

lThe conductive bracket of the charging roller is deformed or has poor contact.

lThe charging roller conductive sheet switch in the machine is not pushed open.

vertical black line

lThin, light-colored vertical black lines are generally produced by the cleaning blade notch or a circle of scratches on the drum core.

lThick and intermittent black lines with unclear edges are often caused by the folding of sealing blades or the aging of powder knives.

lMachine laser scanner problem.

Black plate vertical fine white line

lThe depth of the drum is caused by wear lines.

lImpurities on the magnetic roller or the magnetic roller coating is caused by wear lines.

Horizontal printing (refers to the horizontal intermittent printing on the print)

lThe drum coating is partially exposed.

lDefective drum drive gear, loose or defective gear.

lMagnetic roller surface coating defects.

lThe magnetic roller core is broken or incorrectly positioned.

lThe magnetic roller sheath is severely worn or deformed.

lPoor contact or runout of the conductive spring of the magnetic roller.

Horizontal black line

lPeriodic horizontal black lines are often caused by defects on the surface of the charging roller plus pinholes on the coating of the photosensitive drum.

lIrregular horizontal fine black lines are often caused by inadequate combination of powder bins and waste powder.

periodic handwriting blur

lIt is often caused by contamination on the surface of the photosensitive drum or charging roller. Watermarks, mimeographs, fingerprints and scratches often cause this defect.

Grape bunches (overlapping like coins in print, no rules)

lPoor grounding of drum core, caused by poor contact between drum core metal pin and printer conductive sheet.

Background scattering (referring to many small black dots on the printout)

lThe magnetic roller is poorly coated or toner.

lThe drum is overheated.

Water ripple background (appears as black waves on the white plate or as white on the black or gray plate)

lMagnetic roller surface coating defects.

lLow density printing for a long time, the toner is bonded to the surface of the magnetic roller.

lThe rubber strip of the powder cutter is too wide, and the friction with the magnetic roller is too large.

hollow word

lToner itself problem.

lDrum core and toner are poorly matched.

lMagnetic roller surface coating problem.

lThe surface of the print medium is too light and hard.

Irregular vertical black dots

lWaste powder caused by deformation or looseness of the cleaning blade.

lAging of the powder knife or deformation of the sealing blade, excessive accumulation of carbon on the drum roller, causing powder leakage.

Regular vertical black dots

lThe surface of the photosensitive drum is broken.

lThe surface of the charging roller is broken.

Light color

lToner itself problem.

lDrum core, carbon powder, magnetic roller with the problem.

lAging powder knife.

lWorn magnetic roller.

lThe drum has reached its lifetime.

lHigh ambient humidity or moisture absorption of printing paper.

bottom ash

lThe cleaning scraper is aged and loose.

lThe charging roller is dirty.

lToner is damp.

lThe environment is cold and dry.

lBad printing paper.

lThe drum core, carbon powder and magnetic roller are poorly matched.

Fixing is not strong

lThe toner has a melting point higher than the fixing heating temperature of the machine.

lThe print media is too thick or the surface is too shiny.

lThe machine heating fixing component is damaged and the temperature is not enough.

ghosting

lquality problems of toner itself, toner electrical performance does not match.

lThe melting point of the toner is too low and it is easy to stick to the fixing roller of the printer.

lThe fixing roller of the printer is aging, and it is easy to stick toner or toner residue on it.

The machine lights up the red light

lCheck whether the machine or tray is in normal condition.

lWhether the toner cartridge is correctly placed in the printer.

lWhether the chip is missing or the position is not sensed.

lThe toner cartridge may not rotate mechanically.

Absrtwork

lCheck whether the machine is in normal condition.

lWhether the toner cartridge is correctly placed in the printer.

lThe toner cartridge may have a related mechanical fault.

lThe magnetic roller conductive wire may be deformed.

Do not recognize the machine

lWhether the chip is missing or the position is not sensed.

lWhether the toner cartridge is correctly placed in the printer.

lCheck whether the machine is in normal condition.
