1. toner cartridge toner

Low temperature effect: there will be fixing is not strong/powder leakage/ghosting/bottom ash/agglomeration and other phenomena

You can follow the following practices:
1. It is recommended that the toner cartridge (without unpacking) be placed at room temperature for more than 2 hours before use (the general temperature requirement is 10~30 ℃).
2. Do not place the toner cartridge/cartridge in an environment where the temperature is too high or too low for a long time, so as not to agglomerate the toner in the cartridge and affect the print quality.
3. Pay attention to the sharp change of ambient temperature/humidity, and avoid suddenly placing it next to the air conditioner or heating.
4. It is recommended to store the toner in an environment with a temperature of 10~35 ℃ and a humidity of 20 ~ 80%.
5. Before use, shake the toner and put it for a while before use.

2. ribbon

Low temperature influence: printing needle is easy to stagnate/rubber parts are fragile and other phenomena will occur.
(The fragile rubber parts are due to the selection of ABS material, which expands with heat and shrinks with cold)

You can follow the following practices:
1. Pay attention to protection, light (especially in the cold areas of the north).
2. Use a clean cloth to wipe the print head clean with alcohol.

3. cartridge ink

Low temperature effect: precipitation/print head blockage/light color/partial color/vertical channel/horizontal line/ink break and other phenomena will occur

You can follow the following practices:
1. When the precipitation is not serious, shake the ink before use.
2. It is recommended to place the ink indoors one day in advance to ensure that the ink temperature/humidity meets the requirements and then print on the machine (general requirements: temperature 15~30 ℃, humidity 35 ~ 65%).
3. Do not unpack the ink cartridge that is not used for the time being and keep it in the original package. Do not remove the ink cartridge from the printer unless necessary. If the opened ink cartridge must be stored outside the printer, the ink cartridge can be placed in a plastic bucket with a sealing cover and a piece of wet paper can be placed in the bucket.

4. laser printer

Low temperature effect: there will be internal errors in the scanner/the output of the home page will slow down/the printing color will become lighter/bottom gray/fault code, etc.

You can follow the following practices:
1. Use a hair dryer to evenly heat the scanning table (do not heat a certain place continuously to avoid damage).
2. Place the printer in a room temperature environment of 10~32 ℃ for more than 20 minutes before use.

5. inkjet printer

Low temperature effect: temperature sensor damage/viscous ink/poor print quality will occur

You can follow the following practices:
1. It is recommended to place the inkjet printer at a room temperature of not less than 15°C.
2. Turn on the power of the printer and do not use the printer immediately. It is recommended to give the printer more than half an hour of preheating time.
