3. Ribbon Spacer
Sometimes, because the ribbon spacer is not installed in place, the printing needle is hit on the ribbon spacer, causing needle leakage.
4. Printing paper
Use printing paper with scar dots;
Print the envelope on the connector;
Use wax paper that is softer than normal printing paper;
5. Clearance between print head and glue stick
The use of different thickness of the printing paper did not adjust the gap
6. Printing glue stick
The printing glue stick is worn and not replaced in time, or other glue sticks with different hardness and poor coaxiality are replaced.
7. Drive circuit and anti-peak circuit
Due to the open circuit and short circuit of the drive tube; Eliminate the leakage caused by the short circuit of the voltage stabilizing diode of the three-stage tube.
2.Ways to Avoid Needle Leakage and Broken Needle
1. Timely cleaning the print head
After using for a long time, the method of removing the print head, placing its front end in anhydrous alcohol bubble for half an hour, and then cleaning it.
2. Buy good ribbon and replace it in time
When purchasing a core, you should choose a core with a fine, smooth joint. Long time print wrinkles or pores should be replaced in time.
3、Adjust the gap between the print head and the glue stick
The paper type shall correspond to the position of the adjusting lever.
4、Replace the printing stick in time when it is worn.
Note: Do not pull the paper when printing, and do not print more than the printing paper.
